I recorded this music in my house in Vancouver that is set to be torn down before the end of the year. I have been dealing with layers of grief for the climate and for my mother who has recently died. I made this music to purge and wrestle the despair, anger, anxiety, and relentless hopelessness. What else can I do in the heavy emotional burdens of loss, sickness, and death? With this work I am exploring the constant state of impermanence.
